Conception of Wafflelicious

Waffles specialty shop has always been one of my childhood dream.  Why?  Because I miss the waffles I had in one of the fast food chains we had in Singapore many years ago.  Waffles have been springing up in the neighbourhood over the last decade.  Pandan waffles with various fillings.  Red bean, chocolate, peanut butter and with the newer blueberry, strawberry etc.

Although these waffles never fail to put a smile to my face, they have never satisfied the craving I had for the Belgium waffles I am always on the look out for.  This spurred me on to experiment with my own waffle mix.  Over the years, I have painstakingly research into ways and means to improve the taste and texture of the waffles, also putting my family and friends via many tasting sessions to get the waffles to where it is today.

In October, my dream is about to come true.  This is the cafe that I always wanted.  Bringing good tasting waffles at affordable prices to people in Singapore.  This is not the same as the waffles you have been used to: waffles with a variety of ice-cream and toppings.  Wafflelicious will bring you different flavoured waffles, also giving you a choice of our specially chosen gelato and our array of toppings.  These waffles will also be accompanied by UCC gourmet coffee and tea to give you a wafflelicious experience you will not forget.
